Drinking good water

Drinking good water can help weight loss and at the same time improve your health and lifestyle.

Mankind has not had a drink of pure water since Eden, yet has survived. The human body can handle much, BUT most people don't drink enough.

Your body is designed to be approximately 70% water and needs to have around two litres a day to replenish itself and remain healthy, sometimes more if you do intensive exercise or work in a hot sweaty environment.

The most critical fluid in your body is blood which is mostly water.

Your skin, muscles and vital organs all contain and need large amounts of water for optimal health. Water delivers nutrients, removes waste, strengthens bones and provides energy to the body.

It is recommended that you drink around 8 glasses of water a day to maintain your body in peak condition, unfortunately most of us don't and walk around in a dehydrated state complaining of aches and pains especially in the lower back.

How many times have you heard these statements "I can't drink that much water" or "I drink plenty of tea and coffee, that's all I need".

Unfortunately that thinking is like burying your head in the sand and not listening to logic, because being in a dehydrated state or having a low pH due to coffee, tea and other beverages is putting considerable stress on your body.

Most people don't know that drinking tea, coffee bottled iced tea, sports and energy drinks do not rehydrate your body, it only refreshes it. Why? Because these drinks have a pH factor between 2 and 3,5 and are acidic, they act as a diuretic leaching nutrients out of the body.

So you see that as we go through male menopause it is important to only drink the purest water available so that our body continues to function efficiently.
